IDEATION
Everything begins with the designer’s intuition. Through sketches and drawings, the idea gradually takes shape until it achieves the perfect balance of proportions, volumes, and colors.
MODELING
The project then evolves into a three-dimensional model through 3D prototyping. Here, technology meets creativity, giving life to a first prototype in synthetic material, essential for evaluating feasibility and stylistic consistency.
PRODUCTION
The artisan creates a wax copy of each component of the jewel, using 3D printers or silicone molds. Each form is enclosed in a plaster cylinder, preserving the negative impression.
CASTING
Pure gold, copper, and silver are alloyed at high temperatures to obtain 18-karat gold. The molten metal flows into the cylinder and, according to the ancient lost wax technique, takes on the desired shape.
MANUFACTURING
The parts obtained from casting are meticulously refined and assembled with patience. It is in this stage that the jewel begins to reveal its soul, taking life in a perfect harmony of details.
STONE SELECTION
Our gemologists carefully choose only the finest stones, enhancing their color, clarity, and cut. Each gem is a precious tessera completing a mosaic of light.
SETTING
With skill and precision, our setters secure the gems according to tradition, using the graver. Today, the introduction of the microscope allows for extraordinary levels of accuracy while preserving the artisanal nature of the work.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every jewel undergoes rigorous inspections, polishing, and hallmarking. Only after passing through these repeated checks does it reveal its full beauty, ready to tell a timeless story of perfection.
